Roles at Summerlin ABA Services

Behavior Technician

As an RBT at Summerlin ABA Services, you’ll work directly with children to help them develop communication, social, and daily living skills through structured, play-based therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on progress, and support children in reaching meaningful goals—at our clinic or in school-based settings. Sessions are upbeat, purposeful, and tailored to each child’s needs.

We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where your growth is just as important as the child’s. Benefits include flexible scheduling, hands-on training, ongoing supervision, opportunities for advancement, and a work culture rooted in collaboration, respect, and real impact. If you’re passionate about working with kids and want to build a meaningful career, we’d love to hear from you!
